Want to get healthy? Want to stay healthy? A health and wellness fair will take place this Sunday, Sept. 12 from 9-1 in St. Paul United Methodist Church’s Fellowship Hall in the Highlands. The event is free and open to the public.

The second annual fair will feature 15 different booths with representatives from Norton Hospital and other organization discussing such issues as Alzheimer’s, skin cancer and mental health. Make a commitment to quit smoking, have your blood sugar tested or learn about services provided by the Center for Women and Families. Several massage therapists will be on hand, along with a table featuring healthy snacks to help people maintain wellness. Also, the American Red Cross bloodmobile will be on site for those who wish to help others get healthy again.

St. Paul’s is located at the southeast corner of Bardstown Road and Douglass Boulevard. For more information, call

    Marilyn Helvey at 419-6095.
