April showers bring May flowers but what else can make them grow? Anyone interested in gardening, from the greenest of thumbs to the most clueless of beginners can learn all of the ins and outs of the art as the University of Kentucky Alumni Association and Greater Louisville Club Enrichment Series presents Garden Talk for the First Timer on Thursday, Feb. 26. The event will be held in the Gheens Room of the Louisville Zoo at 6:30 p.m.

The talk will include tips from experts representing the Jefferson County Extension Agent for Horticulture, the Louisville Zoo, Breaking New Grounds and Heine Brothers Coffee and feature WHAS Radio and Wave 3 Gardening Expert Cindi Sullivan.

The cost of this event is $10 per person and free for members of the UK alumni association and Louisville Zoo. Please RSVP to Tanya Jones at tanya.jones@imgworld.com or at 502-562-5728.
