Fitness PRIDE Boot Camp will include an hour-long indoor workout set to music spun by DJ Carnaby.  For $20 in advance or $23 at the door, this workout will challenge guests of all fitness levels to increase their strength, cardio skills and flexibility, followed by an after party featuring drinks and appetizers.

"We're really excited about our new Fitness PRIDE Boot Camp, which is geared towards Louisville's gay and lesbian community," said Elijah Bishop, president and owner of FITLife Personal Training.  "Great for mean and women of all fitness levels, the workout will include music by DJ carnally, who will continuously play tracks to keep the crowd motivated. Then, right after the Boot Camp, participants can stick around to meet one another at our after party featuring drinks and appetizers. This is one workout you don't want to miss!"
