Diva Ash, the 3-1 morning choice, heads the field in the $125,000 Grade 3 Regret. However, Diva Ash opened at 7-1. The filly will be ridden by Robby Albarado, who is often a betting favorite in turf races at Churchill Downs, so those odds may come down by post time.

My favorite in this race is the 5, Kathmanblu. The Kenny McPeek trained runner was my pick in the Kentucky Oaks, but just didn't seem to fire and finished a disappointing sixth. Today she will return to the turf over which she has three wins in five attempts. She has finished within the money in all of her turf races. She turned in a bullet work last Saturday and should be in the money again today.

Excited, currently at 5-1, gets Javier Castellano in the irons who is phenomenal on the turf. This filly has finished in the money in six of her seven turf starts.

Bizzy Caroline won the race, with Excited finishing in second. Bouquet Booth finished in third, with my choice, Kathmanblu, closing quickly to finish fourth.
