    Tonight, starting at 5pm, you can attend the First Friday Trolley Hop in Downtown Louisville. The trolley hop runs along the Main and Market Street corridor. Check out tons of Louisville locals in this year-round, rain or shine trolley hop which features art galleries, shops, restaurants, and other downtown attractions. The Facebook page is featuring many of the stops’ deals in celebration of Oaks and Derby days.

    St. Peter the Apostle Church is hosting a Derby Eve Bash at the St. Andrew Academy Gym.  Join in for a family friendly event including balloon bouncing, raffles, kid’s games, and wooden horse races. It’s from 6pm-Midnight tonight, Friday, May 3. Call 502-937-5920. The event is at 7724 Columbine Drive.

    You can make your way to Lexington and attend Derby Day at Keeneland on Saturday, May 4. From 9am-7pm; general admission is $5 and parking is free. The Derby race will run at approximately 6:24pm; call 800-456-3412.

    The 35th annual Derby Breakfast is Saturday, May 4 at 9:30am at Farmington Historic Plantation. Call 502-899-5079 for more information.

    After noon on Derby Day, enjoy deep discounts courtesy of Louisville Metro Parks. They are running a special to celebrate the Run for the Roses. After 12pm on Saturday, May 4, golfers can enjoy twilight rate greens fees at all 9 municipal golf courses. You can also get the 18-hole golf cart rental at the 9-hole rental price.
