American Lion (24-1), the WinStar Farm, LLC-owned horse, is coming in off a wire-to-wire win in April 3's Illinois Derby.
He has finished in the money in five of his six career starts, including three victories.
The horse, who is trained by Eoin Harty, will be ridden by David Flores for just the second time. Flores rode the horse at the Illinois Derby.
American Lion, who has $413,600 in career earnings, will start from the No. 7 post position.
