With the Louisville Arcade Expo over, the next convention I’m looking forward to is ConGlomeration. I’ve never attended ConGlomeration, but I’ve heard great things from my fellow convention-goers. I am very excited to see what ConGlomeration has to offer.
Describing itself as a grassroots Sci-Fi and Fantasy convention, ConGlomeration has planned a wide variety of panels and programming with special panels just for kids most of the day Saturday. Guests of honor include authors, illustrators and musicians such as Molly Harper, Cynthia Sheppard, Tom Smith and Michael Z. Williamson. There will be a game room, as well as a masquerade plus an art show with a print shop.
ConGlomeration will be held at the Ramada Plaza Hotel from April 3rd through the 5th. A weekend pass is $40. For more information about Conglomeration visit www.conglomeration.info or follow ConGlomeration on Facebook. Be sure to check with Louisville.com after the convention for a recap and pictures.
