2007 was the last time that Bob Seger - the man behind record sales in excess of 51 million - brought his Silver Bullet Band and catalog of hits to Louisville for live performance.

But according to an official announcement from Seger's website and Live Nation, the legend will return November 17th to play the Yum Center for the first time.

While the band has live albums being reissued next week and a new album in the works, the official press release promises: "Fans can expect Seger and his Silver Bullet Band to perform timeless classics like 'Night Moves' and 'Old Time Rock & Roll' alongside new songs from his upcoming new release."

Tickets go on sale September 24th.
