“Bagged & Bored” is a fresh and funny web series that is entirely locally produced, written, and performed. It’s like “Big Bang Theory,” “Comic Book Men,” and “Clerks” – all shaken together and then juiced up on some sort of pop-culture steroid (which has the terrifying side effect of characters dropping consistently, impossibly obscure allusions and references).
This Friday, May 15th they will premiering episode 3 of “Bagged & Bored” at Tim Faulkner Gallery. Besides screening both previously released episodes and debuting the third, many of the actors on the show (who are also stand-up comedians) will be performing, including Kent Carney, Jake Reber, Sean Keller, Sean Smith, and Taylor Carden; the bands Tigernite and Mommy’s Best will be on-hand providing music.
If you would like to attend the premier the event is at Tim Faulkner Gallery (1512 Portland Ave.). Doors open at 7:00 PM and ticket are $5 at The Destination (5031 Shelbyville Road) or at the door night of show.
