    Bit to Do

$4.00 adoption fees at Louisville Metro Animal Services and Kentucky Humane Soci

Celebrate Independence Day by giving a shelter pet a new home. Now through July 3 you can adopt a pet, age 4 months or older, at either Louisville Metro Animal Services (LMAS) or Kentucky Humane Society (KHS). These two facilities combined have taken in over 1500 pets in the month of June alone. Take the better adoption option and come see all the wonderful pets at these facilities and you can give them a home for just a $4.00 adoption fee.

You must have an approved adoption application, excludes county dog license fees and micro chip registration fees.

Pets available for adoption can be seen at LMAS Animal House, KHS Main Campus, KHS East Campus, and seven Feeders Supply KHS adoption sites (Fern Creek, Hikes Point, Preston Highway, Springhurst, St. Matthews, Dixie Highway and Clarksville, Ind.)
