Welcome to Louisville's most active board gaming group! Card Board Gamers started with the vision of providing opportunities to play two types of gaming that didn't have a public venue in Louisville: Living Card Games (LCGs) and long epic thematic games such as Arkham Horror. Over three years strong, we continue to support those games as well as virtually any type of tabletop gaming as we have changed and adapted to our growing membership. We offer several meetups a month to satisfy your gaming needs. All our events are free of charge* and we encourage a family friendly atmosphere. Grab some dice or cards and join us for some great gaming! Our regular events: All Day Board Game Madness!!! We schedule gaming days on 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from noon til midnight for board games such as Thunderstone; Arkham Horror; Puerto Rico; Smallworld; Nightfall; Dominion; Kingsburg; Battlestar Galactica; Eclipse; 7 Wonders; Brass and anything you decide to bring! Two LCG Nights featuring A Game of Thrones, Netrunner, Call of Cthulhu, and Star Wars card games, both casual and tournament play on Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 pm. Sunday Shenanigans is held on the first Sunday of each month from 1-8 and features board and card games of all types, including: Ascension; Lords of Waterdeep; Alcatraz; and many others! *Some tournaments have fees to participate but will be listed as such.
