Les Filles Boutique, meaning “The Girls,” is a women’s accessories boutique. The store is a mix of a boutique and gallery setting. Les Filles sells hair accessories, handbags, accessories, handcrafted and artisan jewelry. In 2009, owners Cathy Akright and Melissa Murphy-Willis opened the boutique in The Westport Village Shopping Center.

The final night of Waterfront Fashion Week 2012 brought glamor and fire to the shows under the tent, presenting Louisville's first-ever fashion week with a proper sendoff into 2013. The second night of Waterfront Fashion Week was filled with fabulous fashion from local boutiques, emerging designers and featured designer, Molly Stevens. Crush Boutique, Les Filles Boutique and ADEDGE PERFORMANCE shows went first. The emerging designers, Becca Reynolds, Meg Cambron and Edina Ndebele showed their talent, and looked far from emerging. Featured designer, Molly Stevens was the last show of the night. Her designs were bright and had bold patterns, and the pieces could easily be transitioned from day to night.
Waterfront Fashion Week kicked off with its opening gala on Wednesday, October 17 at Waterfront Park. Host, Miss World 2010 and Shepherdsville native, Alexandria Mills was the emcee. She introduced all of the designers, local, national and emerging.
