In the spirit of Louisville Craft Beer Week, Against the Grain Brewery & Smokehouse is hosting an event to highlight some of the weirdest beers of all. They’re wild, they’re sour, and they’re American.
So it’s the middle of the week. It’s not quite Monday where you can moan and groan about going back to work, but it’s not close enough to see the light at the end of the tunnel for the weekend. After the end to a long work day, how do you unwind? I don’t know about you, but sometimes just having good food, company, and a beer can turn a week around.
