  ReSurfaced Begins Again This WeekendReSurfaced kicks off again in Downtown Louisville this month! If you have not seen or heard of Resurfaced, the urban area's mission is to explore creative ways to pre-vitalize vacant and underutilized urban spaces by creating low-cost investments that activate the space now rather than waiting for big, long-term developments to take shape.
