    Abbey Road on the River Presents February '64 

    On February 7th, Abbey Road on the River will launch a special 3-day music event: February ’64. February ’64 will be held at the Kentucky Center as well as the Muhammad Ali Center and will feature Beatles tribute bands and so much more. Abbey Road on the River favorites BritBeat, The Jukebox, and the Steve Sizemore Group will perform as well as The Cryers, Nervous Melvin and the Mistakes, The Rigbys, the Johnny Doughnut Experience, the Traveling Beatleburys, Whiplash, Blue Jay Way, Mario Dasilva, Nick Peay, and more. February ’64 will finish its run on February 9th with a special reenactment of the Beatles’ performances on the Ed Sullivan show by Beatles tribute band and fan favorite BritBeat. February ’64 is sure to be the perfect 50th anniversary celebration!

    Bourbon and Broadway’s Ghost Walk Spirits in St. Matthews 
    PNC Broadway in Louisville and Four Roses Bourbon to host Bourbon and Broadway’s Ghost Walk – Spirits in St. Matthews, a multi-partner happy hour in the heart of St. Matthews. Participating locations include: Bluegrass Brewing Company, Saints Pizza and Pub, Molly Malone’s, Drakes, and Mellow Mushroom.     February Republic Bank First Friday Trolley Hop
    The First Friday Trolley Hop provide free trolley transportation to various art galleries, restaurants, and shops along the Main and Market Street corridors, as well as the recently revitalized South Fourth Street District. The trolley route runs along 4th Street from Main Street to Broadway, and riders can transfer between routes at 4th and Main Streets. FREE parking is available on the street after 6:00pm, or at Slugger Field, Main Street at Jackson, and the 4th St. Live! garage after 6:00pm.

    Monty Python's Spamalot at the Kentucky Center
    This uproariously funny musical follows King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table on a jaunty quest to find the renowned relic. Original Monty Python member Eric Idle wrote the music and lyrics. It features the musical numbers “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life," “The Song That Goes Like This,” “Knights of the Round Table,” and “The Diva’s Lament (What Ever Happened to My Part?).” The show first opened on Broadway, winning the 2005 Tony Award for Best New Musical.     Capes and Crowns at the Ice House

    Let's Have a Ball: Younger Woman's Club Charity Ball 
    The Charity Ball is the signature fundraiser for the Younger Woman’s Club Charity Campaign.     16th Annual Jewish Film Festival: When Comedy Went to School
    Now in its 16th year, the Jewish Film Festival is back with a slate of provocative films and programming that explore the expansive and ever-changing notion of Jewish Culture. For laughs, the festival will show the documentary When Comedy Went to School, which addresses the question ‘Why are so many comedians Jewish?’ Mark Klein, a nationally known comedian with local roots, will regale the audience with stories and jokes after the show. A reception of dessert, coffee and conversation follows.
