Hear, hear! December 5, 1933, marked the repeal of Prohibition in America. After 13 dark years of Prohibition, the 18th Amendment was repealed, saying so-long to bootlegging and making it legal to once again imbibe. Classical 90.5 WUOL is proud to present the 8th annual Holiday Choral Festival on Sunday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. Celebrate the season amidst a brilliant array of voices and musical selections in the beautiful setting of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. This year’s program will, for the first year ever, feature four choral performances including the nationally-acclaimed American Spiritual Ensemble and The Louisville Chamber Choir, a new choir created by Kent Hatteberg.
