The Louisville Free Public Library presents the second of three sessions titled To Your Good Health.
The second session will be discussing the brain. Dr. Robert Friedland, Rudd Chair of Neurology at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, will speak on how to reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s disease, as well as about how brains age and ways to protect yourself.
All three sessions will be moderated by Dr. LaQuandra Nesbitt, a board-certified family physician and the new director of the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness.
