Spend the evening sipping summer wines at a Winston’s Wine Academy class on Thursday, July 24 at Winston’s Restaurant. Wine enthusiasts will enjoy an interactive lecture from 6:30-8 p.m. with Aaron Dawkins of Vanguard Wines, including five varietals and a tasting plate to complement the flavors of each, for $35 per person. An optional dinner will be available prior to the wine class, from 5 to 6 p.m., including an entrée of grilled chicken or grilled salmon served with a summer salad and soup du jour for $20 per person.
