On Friday, July 22 and Saturday, July 23, Winston’s Restaurant at Sullivan University will present their first Tapas Evening featuring Spanish inspired food and specialty beverages. Chef John Castro and mixologist Megan Countryman have created a special menu designed to immerse guests in the traditional social experience of dining tapas-style. Plates of tapas will be priced at $8 to 15 per plate, most of which are shareable with two to four people. Wines are priced at between $9 and $12 per glass with special prices on flights of three wines. Winston’s plans to offer additional Tapas Evenings in the future that celebrate other international destinations. Reservations are required and can be made online at www.winstonsoflouisville.com , www.opentable.com , or by calling (502) 456-0980. Seatings are at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.
