Thursday, June 23, 6 to 9 pm, Westport Whiskey & Wine will roll out the red carpet for the Third Annual Westport Whiskey & Wine Open Bottle Night Little Black Dress Event co-sponsored by Dress for Success Louisville, Center for Accessible:  Men’s Suit Closet and YPAL.

Celebrity Little Black Dresses are currently on display in Westport Village at Boutique Serendipity, Clater Jewelers, Les Filles Boutique, Apricot Lane Boutique, and Secret Garden and will culminate with a full display in the store that night. These famous dresses were donated to the Little Black Dress Wines celebrity auctions by Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Samantha Harris, Marlee Matlin, Edie Falco, and Angela Kinsey. The national Little Black Dress tour travels around the country to benefit Dress for Success, which promotes career development for disadvantaged women by providing professional attire and support.

At the event, Brown-Forman Beverages will launch the newest Little Black Dress Wines – Riesling and Moscato, and provide tastings of the full line of Little Black Dress Wines – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Grigio. Guests are encouraged to wear a favorite Little Black Dress for the ladies and men in black for a red carpet photo by the paparazzi. Everyone wearing black will receive a 15% discount on total wine purchases that evening, plus $1 per bottle on all Little Black Dress wine sold during the event will go to Dress for Success Louisville as well as a portion of admission. The cost of the event is $10 per person. Everyone attending will be eligible to win door prizes plus a chance to win a Traeger Junior Grill donated by Mike Best’s Meat Market. Free Valet Parking provided with purchase from participating Village retailers.

The evening of wine, fashion, food, live music by Walker & Kays will feature fashions from the Village, chair massages by Elements Therapeutic Massage, whiskey tasting, Crossfire Cigars, Mike Best’s Meat Market appetizers and Comfy Cow Ice Cream. Women and Men’s Clothing Donations will be accepted for Dress for Success Louisville and the Center for Accessible Living:  Men’s Suite Closet.
