Chef Laurent Géroli has created an exquisite four-course menu available on Valentine’s Day, Thursday, Feb. 14, and the following Saturday, Feb. 16. The intimate four-course dinner, which includes a champagne toast, is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Chive and Currant Blini with champagne poached lobster and tarragon gastrique

Rack of Colorado Lamb with Beluga lentils, white asparagus and raspberry glace;
Filet Mignon of Beef with porcini mushroom risotto and foie gras butter; or
Seared Scallops with Camargue rice, heirloom Brussels sprouts and passion fruit coulis

Red Velvet Cake with crème cheese icing

Overnight packages are available at a special rate for English Grill diners. Newly renovated guest rooms with romantic add-ons like a dozen roses, sparkling wine and chocolate-covered strawberries start at $229 per night.
