Urban Active will hold a BREAST CANCER BOOT CAMP Fundraiser in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Saturday, October 22nd at 10:00 AM at all locations. This boot camp will focus on three components: core stability, time resistance training intervals, and aerobic intervals, which are great for improving mood, boosting self-confidence and reducing fatigue.
