Thursday Movie Night
Previously on Sundays, we've switched to the first Thursday evening of the month at 7:30 pm. Join us for fun pre-weekend night!
A community event open to all! Come enjoy a great picture with comfy seating and some popcorn! Every month we show a documentary that informs, inspires and raises money for a charity that pairs well with the theme of the movie. The only "fee" is a suggested donation of $5.

The Dhamma Brothers
East meets West in the Deep South... set in an overcrowded maximum-security prison in Alabama where a group of prisoners, many with life sentences, choose to take part in a deeply demanding, ten day Vipassana meditation retreat. This film, dismantling stereotypes about men behind bars, in the words of Sister Helen Prejean (Dead Man Walking), "gives you hope for the human race."
Donations will benenfit meditation classes taught at Luther Luckett Correctional Center.
