The Thanksgiving Buffet includes traditional favorites like turkey, gravy, roast garlic mashed potatoes, apple-walnut stuffing, Virginia ham with a maple glaze and sweet potatoes with a marshmallow gratin as well as more unique offerings including sweet corn ravioli, pumpkin bisque soup and roasted acorn squash with blue cheese, arugula and pistachios.

The buffet also includes prime rib au jus, a variety of salads, egg and waffle stations, house made fresh pasta station, seafood bouillabaisse and an array of desserts. The culinary team at BLU created the diverse menu so that everyone’s traditional Thanksgiving favorites were included.

“Thanksgiving is a holiday of traditions. In creating this menu, we wanted to make sure everyone’s favorites were included while adding unique twists and some new flavors,” said Guy Genoud, Director of Food & Beverage. “We want families to come, enjoy each others’ company and not worry about spending the day in the kitchen.”

Seating for the BLU Thanksgiving Dinner is at 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm. Dinner is $39 per person plus tax and gratuity, $19 for children under 12, complimentary for children under 4.
