J. Graham’s Café will offer a casual buffet-style Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. Soups and salads will be served with an extensive lineup of entrees, carving stations, and desserts. Roasted stuffed pork loin, seared salmon, sweet potato casserole, and three cheese macaroni and cheese will be offered. Maple glazed Kentucky ham and citrus roasted turkey breast will be carved to order. Apple cranberry verrine and chocolate pomegranate cake are just two of many options on the decadent dessert selection. The price is $34 per person, plus tax and gratuity, with a reduced rate of $17 children 4-12. Seating will take place from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. and 2:30 to 3.00 p.m.
