The evening will feature guest speaker and National Wine Educator Thom Horsey and a six-course dinner paired with Spanish wines. The Torres family has been making wine since 1870 and has the largest winery in Spain.

With Langoustine, Cucumber and Fresh Horseradish
Topped with a Red Wine-Chili Granita

Oven Roasted Pork Loin Stuffed with Butternut Squash and Chorizo Sausage
Served with Red Pepper Caponata
Finished with a Pork Glace

Grilled Beef and Lamb Kabob
Served over Saffron Rice with Diced Tomatoes and Caramelized Vegetables
