To celebrate Paul McCartney’s first ever visit to Louisville, Abbey Road on the River will host a 3-day tribute festival in his honor from October 24-26, 2014. The event will be held at the Belvedere Festival Park and Galt House Hotel and feature panel discussions and performances by three of Paul’s former Wings band members - Denny Laine, Laurence Juber and Steve Holley, as well as Rock-n-Roll Hall of Famer Terry Sylvester of The Hollies and many other bands. A free tailgate party will be held on Tuesday, October 28th from 1:00pm-7:00pm as a lead-in to Pauls’ concert at the KFC YUM! Center. For more information, visit www.arotr.com.
