Exact line up of comedians is not known and Shaquille ONeal is not expected to appear.

Industry buzz and audience feedback is a solid indication that the ALL STAR COMEDY JAM is becoming a top comedy brand, much like "The Original Kings of Comedy" and "Def Comedy Jam" were in the 90s. The All-Star Comedy Jam line-up has included Gary Owen, D.L Hughley, Capone, Finnesse Mitchell, Tony Roberts, Robert Parker, Bruce Bruce, and Lavar Walker.
