There will be more than 40 award winning artists from around the country gathering in Rising Sun, Indiana on September 17th and 18th for the Third Annual Rising Sun Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts.  The festival will feature painting, photography, fiber, glass, jewelry, woodworking, children’s area, and hand crafted beer and wine tastings.  Live music and food, also.
