Both packages at the four-diamond hotel include a special culinary experience at Blu Italian Grille designed by Food & Beverage Director Guy Genoud and prepared by Executive Chef Graham Weber. Blu will be offering a special prix-fixe three-course menu starting with lobster bisque or a roasted beet salad, an entrée of Surf & Turf or a Seafood Risotto and finished with a dessert trio for $60 per person or with wine pairings for $90 per person.
