St. Charles Exchange, a new restaurant-bar located in downtown Louisville at 113 S. 7th Street, will host a public ribbon cutting and grand opening on Wednesday, May 30th from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Mayor Greg Fischer will help kick off the event by getting behind the bar and creating the St. Charles’ “Inaugural Cocktail” at 4:00pm.
