The InKY Reading Series continues on November 11 at The Bard's Town, featuring poet Cynthia Arrieu-King, creative non-fiction writer Cutter Wood, and music from The Busted Souls. As always this event is FREE to the community, so come out and celebrate literature live!

Cutter Wood is currently the Visiting Scholar in Creative Nonfiction at the University of Louisville. He is a native of Pennsylvania and received his MFA from the University of Iowa where he also taught as visiting faculty. He has been the recipient of working scholarships to the Bread Loaf Writer’s Conference, and his work has appeared in The L and Harper’s Magazine.

Cynthia Arrieu-King grew up in Louisville and is now an assistant professor of creative writing at Stockton College, near Atlantic City. Her book People are Tiny in Paintings of China was published by Octopus Books in the fall of 2010. Her poems have appeared in Boston Review, Black Warrior Review, Witness and Catch-Up Louisville.

Open mic sign-ups begin at 6:30 for readings at 7 pm
