This tasting is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, for a low fee of $10.00 per person. Included in this tasting is an in-depth look at the history of one of the world's most famous cheeses. Under the cheesy expertise of our resident cheesemonger, Will, we'll touch on the process of how the cheese is made, the different aspects of Parmigiano Reggiano through the aging process, and more.
