This five-course dinner will be paired with wines from California-based Orin Swift Cellars on Thursday, Sept. 25. Chef John Castro created the menu to complement a variety of the wines produced from vineyards across California and more than 300 acres of vineyards in the southwest of France. The dinner features pan-seared sea scallop, greens, pork pot stickers, roasted duck and roasted lamb.
