This four person lecture is moderated by Dean of Bellarmine University’s School of Communication, Dr. Lara Needham. Questions from the audience will be welcomed. The event’s panelists include:

• Gabe Bullard – director of news and editorial strategy at WFPL
• Carol Timmons – editor at Business First of Louisville
• Neil Budde – vice president of news and executive editor for the Courier-Journal
Panelists will discuss topics including how Louisville’s newspapers and broadcasters remain competitive; what strategies have been implemented to keep the local audience engaged, advertisers satisfied and owners profitable; and which tactics are missing the mark from a local/business standpoint.
