The New Albany-Floyd County Public Library is hosting a Vegetarian COOK-OFF on Wednesday, August 27th at 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Entrants should bring prepared vegetarian recipes in a 13X9 casserole or equivalent dish. Please bring a copy of the recipe to share with the other attendees. Four prizes will be awarded: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as selected by the judges and one by the attendees. Everyone is invited to sample and vote for the best vegetarian entree. Registration is required for entrants only. All others are invited to come and enjoy.
