The evening will consist of poetry readings from our residents’ work. On display will be photography, quilts, abstract paintings, community paintings and hand crafted art. Lisa Stacy, Director of Activities brought the spirit of creative expression to Presbyterian Homes of Louisville when she joined them a little over a year ago. When asked about her reason for developing this art program at Presbyterian Homes Stacy said “Art is a way that individuals can express themselves. It’s a way people can show their creativity. We have people participating in our art activities that have been doing this all their lives & others that have never done anything like this before. At this stage in the lives of our residents we try to provide opportunities for them to experience new things & to be challenged.”
