The Kentucky Humane Society (KHS) will end the catcalls for 100 male felines in the Louisville area July 21. On Saturday, the S.N.I.P. Clinic will host a “Neuter-a-Thon” to neuter male cats, with already scheduled appointments, at a special rate of just $10. Advance appointments are required.
