NAMI Louisville invites you to join us and Step Forward for Mental Health. The walk is a family-friendly event that will include music, face painting, refreshments and massage therapy.

The festivities start at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 6 at Harbor Lawn at Waterfront Park. The 2-mile walk begins at 3:30 p.m. A shorter, 2/3 mile walk will begin shortly after that.

The CIT Officer of the Year will be named at 3 p.m. The officer is part of the Crisis Intervention Team with the Louisville Metro Police Department.

Registration is $25 in advance and $30 the day of the walk. Registered walkers will receive a t-shirt and there will be door prizes.
