Meditation: Exploring the Possibilities is a six-week experiential meditation class, students will be encouraged to explore deeper levels of clarity and self-awareness through a variety of meditative practices. These will include insight meditation (Vipassana), meditative inquiry, mantra, dynamic meditation (moving meditation), and modern binaural high-tech meditation. Following the shared periods of practice, discussions will introduce important concepts in the context of the students’ actual experiences. This allows for a deeper understanding of the course content, a richer experience of the practices themselves, and will provide a firm foundation for sustaining a long-term meditation practice moving forward.
This class is considered a second-level class for those who have completed our Introduction to Meditation or those who have a basic understanding of meditation.
Next session starts March 9th
