Join Sullivan University and partner Sister Cities of Louisville for the Mayor’s International Gala on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at the Muhammad Ali Center. The tasting and silent auction event from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. will feature a sampling of foods prepared by teams of student chefs from Sullivan University’s Culinary Arts Program under the supervision of chef David Dodd. The students were given a country just 10 days before the competition, where they will prepare a dish to represent the countries traditional cuisine. The winning student chef, chosen by visitors voting with poker chips at each station, will receive a scholarship for Sullivan University.
