Bearno's By The Bridge and Smerlin Entertainment brings a family friendly matinee show to downtown Louisville every month. On Saturday, April 14th, Darshwood's "Main Street Wonder Show" will be presented at the historic Baron's Theater @ Whiskey Row Lofts at 131 West Main.

This family friendly show appeals to people of all ages. Hosted by Darshwood the Conjurer, he gets the entire audience involved in his magical comedic antics. From the very start, you know you are going to be experiencing something wonderful and magical. From time to time, there will be special guests appearing as well.

Darshwood breaks all notions of what a magician is. He takes you into the post-modern era of what is cool. His show brings back the days of watching magic in a small theater, where you can be up close and personal. The audiences will be treated to a full evening of laughter, amazement, and pure fun.

Darshwood initially infiltrated the Louisville cultural arena just two years ago by making regular appearances at Gallery District establishments where he was known to perform a guerrilla-tactic style of magical entertainment by offering quick demonstrations of sleight of hand artistry to unsuspecting patrons, never failing to win them over with his signature witty antics and alluring smile. Since those days, the innocent deceiver has found great success by performing in some of the Derby City's most prestigious venues, including The Waterford Room at The Galt House and the private suites at Churchill Downs. He has received two consecutive People’s Choice Awards from the local chapter of The International Brotherhood of Magicians and recently served as an honorary delegate this past summer at INDIAJaal, a celebratory festival sponsored by Asia’s very first Academy of Magical Sciences in the luxurious tourist town of Trivandrum, India.

Bearno's By The Bridge offers a special menu the day of the show. The entire day is family friendly, and is designed to offer a show and a meal all at one location.
