Fourth Street Live! presents Louisville's FINS ON FOURTH STREET! Join us for parrots, pirates and partying on Saturday, March 3 before the Jimmy Buffett concert at the KFC Yum! Center. Live performances by Lunar Beach House and Bacchanal Steel Band, plus giveaways, contests, hula hoops, leis, tropical drinks and more! The party starts at Noon.
