Light Up Louisville returns with all the magic of the holiday season! For 31 years, residents of Louisville have watched as the city transforms into a holiday fantasy land aglow.

Gather with family and friends and enjoy the free Mayor’s Healthy Hometown Light Up 5k run/walk - the first 1,000 participants will receive a t-shirt.

While enjoying live holiday music, take a stroll through the Holiday Market and visit Santa’s Workshop for free children’s activities and then be sure to sign the Light Up Holiday Card to be sent to area troops serving overseas as you exit.

The Winter Wonderland Holiday Parade - an evening parade of lights - begins at 6:00 p.m. Parade units will be decorated in festive lights and include bands, carolers, car clubs, floats, children’s groups and civic organizations.
