Bourbon Baroque, Inc. and Squallis Puppeteers join forces once again in a remount of the critically acclaimed and sold out 2012 production of Jean-Philippe Rameau’s Les Sauvages (Les Indes Galantes). The performance will be held at Squallis’ new location at the Highland Community Ministries campus at the corner of Breckinridge and Barret Avenue. (across from Wiltshire Bakery).
Set in pre-colonized North America, Zima, the sacred white buffalo princess must choose between a French peacock, a Spanish horse, or a Native coyote. In the end, love reigns supreme.
