Fresh from being named Best Theater Troupe in Louisville by the readers of LEO Weekly for the second year in a row, Le Petomane Theatre Ensemble seasonably announces the return of its shameless yet spectacular attempt to cash in on cheer, A Very Special Holiday Special, paired with the new and completely unrelated bonus short, En Route, to be performed at the Bard’s Town Theatre in November.

A Very Special Holiday Special features all you would expect from a Le Petomane season-appropriate outing: snappy tunes; a giant atomic beast crushing cities; baffled scientists pointing skyward and shouting. And a message of love. It isn’t Plan 9 from the North Pole; it isn’t Rankin-Bass’s Godzilla; but it’s not far away.

The evening will open with En Route (the silent story of three women going…somewhere…) at no extra charge! That’s just the kind of thing we do. You’re welcome.
