The Children’s Hospital Foundation and the National Kickball Association are very excited about the third annual Kickballin’ for Kids event on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the Great Lawn of Waterfront Park. Last year, this event raised nearly $4,000 to help Kosair Children’s Hospital provide much-needed medical care to more than 150,000 children in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Kosair Children’s Hospital is Kentucky’s only freestanding, full-service pediatric care facility dedicated exclusively to caring for children, regardless of a family’s ability to pay. When treating our youngest and most fragile patients, every dollar does make a difference.
