Requirement: You must be Usui Reiki Master IIIb or have had Usui Advanced Reiki Training Master IIIa for at least 6 months to be eligible for these classes.

Karuna is a Sanskrit word that translates to mean any action taken to diminish the suffering of others & could also be translated to mean "compassionate action". When one experiences enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore it is natural to extend compassionate action to everyone without distinction as we are all one. As we help others & aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. It is understood that Karuna is offered to others not from Love but because it is the logical thing to do. Just as you would want to heal your wounds, you would want the wounds of others to heal.

Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings working to end suffering on the Earth. They continually send unlimited amounts of healing energy & guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it. As you develop Karuna within yourself, you are helping others, & you will also become more receptive to the Karuna being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened also.

Karuna Reiki is registered through the International Center for Reiki. It is made up of three levels, Karuna I, Karuna II & Karuna Master. To be qualified to take Level I & II, one must have received the Usui Master symbol & been at the Usui Master 3a (Advanced Reiki Training) level for at least 6 months. There are four symbols for Level I, four for Level II & three symbols for the Master Level. The Karuna attunement combines with the Usui Reiki symbols & lifts them to a higher level, making them more powerful.

Level I -- Participants will be attuned to 4 Karuna Reiki® symbols & learn how to use them with Usui Reiki & to empower their voice with Karuna Reiki to clear blocks & for healing & speeding up transformation.

A brief description of the Karuna Level I symbols is as follows:
1) the first symbol prepares the client for deep healing with an anesthetic that allows healing without necessarily experiencing the emotions causing the distress & is useful for past life & karmic healing, childhood issues & abuse, & heals deeply seated issues at the cellular level;
2) the second symbol heals deeply & can break up negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, heals the Shadow self as well as physical & sexual abuse; dispels psychic & psychological attack as works like a laser for cysts/tumors & greatly increases the power of the Psychic Surgery Aura Cleansing technique.
3) The third symbol fills the person with love & restores balance; helps heal relationships, develop good habits, heal addictions, develop compassionate action & contact spiritual beings;
4) The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the person back into the body & grounding, heals the lower chakras, clears the mind, clears spaces/room, harmonizes the lower & upper chakras, creates determination & completion & manifestation of goals. It is excellent for relieving & releasing pain from the body. In this class one will also learn how to empower their voice to chant & tone these frequencies into their own or others bodies & energy fields.

Level II --Attunement to & training on the 4 Level II symbols. Learn & experience advanced techniques including how to do the Heal the Shadow Self meditation which we will do in class. The Karuna Reiki® Level II symbols are of a higher vibration than Karuna Reiki® Level I symbols & are more powerful, helping to connect with the Higher Self.

A brief description of the Karuna Level II symbols is as follows:

1) the first symbol heals the mind, connects the Higher Self with the Lower self, improves learning ability, heals communication, & increases creativity:
2) the second symbol is used for grounding, healing the human race, manifesting goals, creates priorities
3) the third symbol helps us break free & claim our power, empowers goals, & heals codependency & reality awareness and the earth;
4) the fourth symbol brings peace and creates trust in life, heals insomnia, fear & panic, manifests the best results & increases clairvoyance.

Nurses: 8 contact hours daily.

Investment: If paid in full by March 28 -- $165 for Level I on Saturday the 26th & $200 for Level II on Sunday the 27th. After March 28 investment increases to $175 for Level I & $215 for Level II with $75 nonrefundable deposit per level required by April 11 so you can get your manual & symbols to study. Additional $10 discount if you take both levels this weekend. You may attend one or both days.

If you have taken these classes before & have your certificates, you may review for $75 per level plus cost of a new manual ($16) if you need one. Review classes are not discounted
