Local Speed, the Speed Art Museum’s satellite space during the expansion, hosts Free Family Art Activities every Saturday from 11-12:30 and again from 1-2:30. Bring your family down to NuLu Saturday and join us for textile class, where participants will learn how to make soft sculptures with guest teacher/artist Sarah Davis! No reservation required, just pop in and start creating! And don’t forget, you can view our current exhibition, Welcome Neighbors: Art from NuLu, during Local Speed hours Thursday-Friday 5-8pm and Saturday 11-3pm!
