Enjoy a night out with the best food, wine, and Bourbon that Louisville has to offer while supporting Kentucky families, at the Rockin’ RAMP Benefit for Appalachia! Mix and mingle with the who’s who of the Louisville, Kentucky area at this one-night-only exclusive event.

Amongst a charming setting, the evening begins with delicious Kentucky-inspired noshes, including BBQ briskets sliders with Maker’s Mark Bourbon BBQ sauce, seared scallops and shrimp grits, fried chicken served in waffle cones, pimento cheese pirogues and more. After enjoying these delectable treats, try cocktails developed by Whole Foods Market, and served by two guest bartenders featuring Maker’s Mark and Woodford. The live auction follows, with some fantastic prizes donated by local companies to be won. Completing the evening is the Wine Madness Challenge, where guests will compete in a bracket-style blind wine taste-testing in order to be named the Wine Madness Challenge winner.

All proceeds from the evening benefit RAMP and its programs in Martin County, Kentucky. RAMP, the Rockin’ Appalachian Mom Project, was founded by Amy Guerrieri in an effort to help families in Martin County, Kentucky, where the poverty rate is 45%. Their mission is to provide basic needs and sustain food pantries for Martin County communities, as well as creating income-generating projects to empower local residents. As part of the evening festivities, attendees will have the opportunity to aboard The Community Co-Op Bus, a mobile nutrition information center and food pantry. The attraction is part of RAMP’s program and provides cohesive resources through a mobile traveling bus. Other of RAMP programs include; Backpack Snack, an initiative that provides meals for children outside of school, and Micro Loans, which loans up to $3,000 to qualified local entrepreneurs to help start up or expand a business. The event presents the perfect opportunity for local residents to get involved with their community while enjoying pre-holiday cheer!
